About Me

Shrujal Shah

At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to bring mindfulness into everyday life as a source of healing, clarity, and resilience.

I’m Shrujal Shah, a mindfulness teacher with over three years of experience, having guided more than 100 individuals on their journey to reduce anxiety, manage depression, heal trauma, and cultivate inner balance. My approach is compassionate and trauma-informed, creating a safe and supportive space for both individuals and groups.

I started this practice because I believe that pain is an inherent part of life, but it’s essential to have the right path and guidance. My aim is to help people navigate life’s challenges, ensuring they don’t feel alone, and supporting them in finding clarity, healing, and resilience.

I offer personalized mindfulness practices that blend guided meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, visualization, and reflective journaling. Each session is structured with care—beginning with an assessment, moving through guided practice, and concluding with follow-up support—to ensure lasting impact.

Our community extends beyond individual practice. Through our mindfulness sangha of 80+ members, I foster a sense of belonging and emotional connection where participants can share, heal, and grow together. I also bring mindfulness into schools, helping children develop focus, self-awareness, and emotional resilience from an early age.

Whether you are seeking calm amidst daily stress, wish to deepen your meditation practice, or want to heal through compassionate awareness, I am here to walk alongside you, guiding you with care and presence on your journey.
